Tommy Echols’s role in EAG is business development and client relations. He focuses on the needs of the clients to ensure that the products delivered exceed their expectations. Tommy has a long history of managing and owning real estate with over 22 years of experience. He founded Echols Appraisal Group in 2006. He previously owned and managed appraisal firms within the State of Texas since 1995.
Billy is the President and Chief Operations Officer at Echols Appraisal Group headquartered in Dallas, Texas. His role at EAG is the management of daily operations including working with clients through the appraisal bid process, receiving and processing new orders, client relations, and business development. His role also includes the valuation of single family, multi-family condominium, luxury homes, REO properties and vacant land.
Michael has over 23 years business experience in real estate appraisal/valuation. Over his career he has developed a very strong expertise in property analysis/evaluation with solid knowledge in Real Estate regulatory interpretation and value analysis and expert witness testimony.
Commercial properties: include Multifamily, office, churches, resorts/hotels, retail, marinas, golf courses, theme parks, agricultural, restaurant facilities, vacant land, and single family subdivisions. He has appraised properties in Texas, Florida, and Bahamas and in the Virgin Islands. Mr. Horton has done and completed Eminent Domain appraisal work and has been employed as an Expert Witness. He is an expert in Real Estate regulatory interpretation and financial analysis.

Everett has over 25 years of commercial appraisal experience with a vast history in some of the most complex and sophisticated assignments. He has both National and International experience and a breadth of experience in challenging and unique properties across the globe.
Commercial properties include: Office, multifamily, retail, hotel, destination resorts, time shares, US embassies and marine property.
Everett also has significant experience in providing expert witness testimony.

Roger has over 22 years of experience in real estate appraisal, investment, development, financing, and brokerage. Through his extensive real estate background he provides a unique understanding of appraisal analytics, capital markets and financing structures
Roger began his career as a Partner in a commercial appraisal company in Los Angeles, California. During this time, Roger led the commercial appraisal division focused on commercial appraisal and review of properties which included office, retail, multi-family, master planned industrial business parks; and master planned communities offering a combination of single family, multi-family, commercial, and industrial uses.
In 1997 Roger moved to Dallas, Texas and continued appraising residential subdivisions, office buildings, hotels and retail properties. He also led a team that appraised the Carter Crowley Texas portfolio valued at over $345MM.
